Our Skybar is not only a magnet for hotel guests. As a permanent participant of the “Long Night of Hotel Bars”, our hotel bar is both a meeting point and stage for Bremen locals. With its incomparable charm and the attached roof terrace, this small bar offers space for stimulating conversations, inspiring moments with colleagues or friends. As an event location it is very popular for birthdays & weddings.

Welcome to the ÜberFluss Grill. Our focus is on fresh, seasonal and authentic delights. The love of cooking and good food characterizes our cuisine. As a restaurant at the famous Bremer Schlachte and as part of the cosmopolitan Designhotel ÜberFluss, the world is always our guest and we are inspired by it.

The ÜberFluss Grill combines the regional with the international. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are just as much a matter of course for us as a juicy steak or a Bremen specialty that we have reinterpreted as a burger, the Knipp Burger. All food and drinks have been selected with love and by hand.
