Allergy
We use allergy-friendly bed linen in our hotel.
Airport
The airport is about 5 kilometers from the hotel and can also be reached by tram. From the „Am Brill“ stop, take line 2 in the direction of Sebaldsbrück to the „Domsheide“ stop. There you change to line 6 in the direction of the airport. We are also happy to call you a taxi – a ride costs around € 12 on average and takes around 20 minutes, depending on the traffic situation.

ATMs are located in the Lloydpassage in downtown Bremen (next to GALERIA and the BREPARKhaus Mitte) and in Obernstraße (next to GALERIA).
Air conditioner
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. If you need help with the service, please contact the reception.
Bathrobe
You will find your bathrobe in your closet upon arrival. Please bring it back to the hotel room after your visit to our spa area. If the bathrobe cannot be found after your departure, we will charge a fee of € 100. You are welcome to purchase our bathrobes in the desired size in our design shop at the reception for € 100.

We have our own underground car park, which is about 170 m from the hotel. Please consider the following dimensions: 5.30 m length x 2.30 m width x 1.90 m height x 2.5 t weight. There is a fee of € 24 per parking space per night. Please ask for a garage card at reception to use the parking space.

Fire
In case of fire, please keep doors and windows closed. The escape routes are described on the notices in the rooms. Please leave the hotel as quickly as possible via the staircase and DO NOT use the elevator. The collection point is in front of the HUK building on the opposite side of the hotel’s main entrance.

We are happy to put together a box for you so that you can take some refreshments with you. If possible, please place your order in advance.

Pets
Dogs are very welcome with us! Depending on the size of the dog, we charge a cleaning fee of € 50,- per room/stay. The guest is liable without limitation for all dirt and damage as well as for any downtime costs during the period of repair.

The Adler pharmacy is about a 2-minute walk from the hotel at Hutfilterstraße 23. Opening times are as follows: Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sunday closed. If you need an emergency service, please contact reception.

Sightseeing
We are located in the heart of the city. From here, it’s just a short walk to some of Bremens most iconic and famos sights, such as the Bremen Town Musicians, the Bremen City Hall, the cathedral, the Böttcherstraße, the market square and the historic Schnoorviertel.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in our rooms. In the event of a violation, there is a fee of € 150. If you smoke anyway or if improper behavior leads to a fire, we will charge you for the full cost of the fire.
Spa
Feel free to use the heated indoor pool, the sauna and the relaxation room from 8 AM to 10 PM. Or enjoy a massage – ask our staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have about booking an appointment. Here you can find more information about our Spa.
